Latest Update :: If you are looking for another executive condominium launch by CDL, the next one that is very promising will be the upcoming Copen Grand. Compared to Lush Acres, it has the advantage that it is one of the rare ECs that will be within a short walk of both a major town centre, and an MRT station.
In this case the Tengah Town Centre, and the Tengah MRT station on the Jurong Region Line (JRL). Copen Grand will be the first EC to launch in Tengah, a new HDB township arising on the other side of the island. It will be built practically from scratch, which gives the planners the advantage of incorporating all the amenities as well as plenty of parks and greenery.
