Latest Update :: If you are looking for another executive condominium launch by CDL, the next one that is very promising will be the upcoming Copen Grand. Compared to Lush Acres, it has the advantage that it is one of the rare ECs that will be within a short walk of both a major town centre, and an MRT station.

In this case the Tengah Town Centre, and the Tengah MRT station on the Jurong Region Line (JRL).
